South Georgia has the perfect option for you!
LEAD South Georgia is a 2 year ministry training program that trains, develops, and releases the next generation of leaders into ministry. At the core of our program, hands-on experience is key. Students will work alongside the staff of Azalea City in the day-to-day operations of the church.
Work with our Kids, Youth, and Young Adult Ministries in event planning, service prep, and more. Gain experience + training in media, service production, photography/videography, and graphic design. Learn about worship ministry, planning a setlist, leading a band + choir, and develop your skills at a new instrument.

WHAT LEAD SOUTH GEORGIA LOOKS LIKE
FIRST YEAR: - All of our first year students will take 6 weeks rotations through all of the ministries (Kid's, Youth, Media, Worship, Admin, Assimilation) - Students will have a weekly private music lesson as a part of their tuition - Attend a weekly Devotion Night - Serve in all areas of the church throughout the year
SECOND YEAR: - Students will intern directly under the staff member in their ministry track focus - Students will have extra opportunities to oversee various areas of ministry as they prepare for graduation - During the second year, students will earn their Exhorter's License and begin sending resumes to pastors for job placement
