Kathy has been a Women’s Ministries Director for 13 years in the North Central Region, Pennsylvania and Kentucky, and was previously employed in the Kentucky State Office as an Administrative Assistant during their time pastoring in Central Kentucky. She has served on numerous boards, including her current post on the Smoky Mountain Home for Children Board of Directors.

The Coopers married as high school sweethearts from Portsmouth, Ohio. They have two sons who both serve full-time in ministry – Paul, a worship pastor who lives with his wife Lauren in Kentucky, and Nate, an associate pastor who lives with his wife McKenzie in North Carolina. The Coopers have four beautiful granddaughters and one handsome grandson.
